I called early on a Sunday morning. Left a message even though I knew the website said closed on Sunday. My blower motor had failed and it\u2019s HOT in STL right now. The high was forecast to be 91. Within about 30 mins I received a call back. Mr. LaPlant informed me that he had an old HVAC unit he took out of another home last week that had a bad heat exchanger. He said go over there and take the blower and motor out and swap it into your unit. He walked me through the steps over the phone. I did just as he said and my AC is now up and running well enough to get me through the day and tomorrow morning I\u2019ll find a place to get the actual replacement motor.
